Agoda is an online travel leader transforming global travel with technology. The Finance team oversees core financial systems, regulatory compliance, and strategic investments across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial project management for new strategic business initiatives and products.
• Collaborate with product, legal, commercial, and engineering teams to design scalable finance processes.
• Define financial workflows, accounting logic, and settlement mechanisms for new offerings.
• Assess financial risks and ensure regulatory and tax compliance across relevant jurisdictions.
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage operational interdependencies.
• Drive automation and improvements across financial reporting and reconciliation systems.
• Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and financial performance dashboards.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for financial platform changes and ERP integrations.
• Serve as the key finance liaison for executive stakeholders on strategic growth initiatives.
• Document financial policies, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks.
