Adhik Software Private Limited is looking for a Quality Engineer to join the software testing team in Pune and ensure the delivery of high-performing, defect-free applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review product specifications and technical requirements to understand test objectives.
• Design, draft, and maintain comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and test scripts.
• Execute manual test cases across web and mobile platforms to verify functionality.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and cross-browser testing.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track software bugs and anomalies.
• Collaborate with software developers to clarify requirements and resolve defects promptly.
• Verify defect fixes through targeted and regression testing cycles.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
• Assist in preparing test summary reports and communicating quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize test documentation, test environments, and testing data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process and workflows.
