Adex Media Hub is looking for a driven Lead Generation Associate to prospect potential clients and build a robust outbound sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research across digital directories, LinkedIn, and databases to identify target prospects.
• Execute cold calling and email outreach campaigns to generate qualified sales leads.
• Qualify inbound inquiries and outbound prospects based on client criteria and budget.
• Maintain and update lead activity, pipeline status, and contact details in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the business development team to coordinate client introductory meetings.
• Follow up consistently with leads to move prospects through the conversion funnel.
• Tailor communication scripts and outreach messages to improve response rates.
• Analyze outreach performance and provide suggestions to optimize response metrics.
• Participate in team meetings to review sales targets, conversion ratios, and pipeline health.
• Stay updated on target market trends and competitor offerings to refine pitch strategies.
