As a Group Product Manager for CNS Brands, you will independently handle brand management responsibilities for strategically important brands within the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve top-line, market share, and bottom-line targets for assigned brands.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to develop impactful brand campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaign materials to the field force.
• Analyze market conditions and forecast sales regularly.
• Monitor ROI on brand strategies and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research to inform brand strategies.
• Develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan for the brand portfolio.
• Engage with the sales team to drive strategy implementation.
• Conduct fieldwork to capture customer insights.
• Drive engagement with the sales team through meetings and presentations.
