42Peaks is looking for a Full Stack Developer Trainer to lead training sessions and mentor aspiring software developers in modern full-stack web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured, interactive training sessions on frontend web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Instruct learners on backend technologies and web services using Python and PHP.
• Guide students on database concepts, integration, and querying with SQL and MongoDB.
• Design, curate, and deliver engaging lesson plans, tutorials, and practical coding exercises.
• Provide technical mentorship and hands-on guidance to students building real-world projects.
• Review code submissions and evaluate student assignments with constructive feedback.
• Track student learning outcomes, assess technical progress, and identify areas for remediation.
• Keep the instructional curriculum updated in line with current industry trends and practices.
• Facilitate doubts clearing, technical workshops, and mock interview preparations.
• Foster a collaborative and encouraging learning environment for all cohorts.
