Lead the development team

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Be the mentor: Show (as opposed to tell) how good, clean code is written</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Establish standards and best practices; code reviews</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage developers' task allocation </li>
</ul>
Preferred candidate profile 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in the technology industry building web applications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">At least two years as application architect.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A very deep expertise in Java and Spring and AWS (and ideally some font end ; we work with react js).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advanced knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Dev Ops concepts; CI/CD</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands on - passionate about coding.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Believer in sensible unit-based testing - understands how to write 'testable' code.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deep knowledge of how to refactor code to continuously evolve the application architecture.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Worked end-end from concept till production release and bring that appreciation into the application architecture. </li>
