 your profile is performing on Unojobs You can see how many times
 recruiters viewed your profile. You can see which recruiters
 downloaded/viewed your resume.

When you create your profile on Unojobs, you become part of the Unojobs
 Candidate Discovery database, which is accessed by all the companies
 registered on our platform. Employers search through this database for
 candidates who meet certain criteria such as skills, education, years of
 experience and employment. If your profile meets these criteria, it will
 appear in the search result and you will be given a match%. Recruiters
 who find your profile suitable may contact you to schedule an interview.
 Many recruiters prefer to find candidates in this way rather than
 posting a job listing.

You have an option to put auto discovery off (this ensures that you
 profile is not visible to anyone on the platform)


 You also have an option to become invisible to your current employer
 (simply enter their email id, and anyone with that companies email Id
 will not be able to see your profile evening if your auto discovery is
 on)

You can search for jobs that have been posted by companies and
 employers on Unojobs company names, work from home, salary level,
 skills, distance travelled and top matches.&nbsp; You can also set your
 industry search preference, and you can add other industries to increase
 your search criteria. If you get hundreds of jobs, you can narrow down
 your search by using filters. If you do not want to apply to a job right
 away, you can save the job and apply later. The save job will be stored
 till the time the job is active. If it goes inactive it will
 auto-dissapear. To start searching simply click on the job search
 tab!

Yes - if the recruiter has provided their contact details(email /
 phone) then you can take the discussion off the platform. However we
 recommend in all cases you can message the recruiter. We suggest you
 send 1-2 messages (if required) which are concise in nature. Sending
 multiple in-app messages is sometimes frowned upon by the
 recruiter&nbsp; and might lead to no replies from their end.&nbsp;

 A profile contains data filled, Video, Resume uploaded during
 registration or profile update


 Candidate can register on Unojobs through any platform (desktop
 website, Android app or iOS app) to make their profile part of it


 Benefit: More than 50% of hiring on Unojobs happens through the
 database. If a candidate&#39;s profile is part of it, they may get
 contacted by employers even without applying to any job. It is important
 to update your profile regularly, as recruiters are more likely to view
 recently updated profiles.

Viewing your profile in Unojobs database and viewing your application
 against a job are two different things.


 Profile views reported in your &lsquo;Profile Performance&rsquo;
 section represent the number of times your profile was viewed by
 companies while searching through Unojobs Database. This does not
 include the number of times your application was viewed for the jobs you
 applied to.


 Companies tend to search for recently updated profiles as this
 indicates to them that the person is visible on the platform and is most
 likely to respond to an interview call. If you are getting less number
 of views on your profile, make sure to update your profile with all the
 details including your latest work experience, key skills, education,
 work preferences, salary, role etc. This will increase the chances of
 your profile being viewed by companies.

To change your password:

 companies posting the Jobs. Thereafter, it is up to the Employer to
 respond to your Job application. Unojobs i is just a platform that lets
 you discover Jobs and Employers to receive your applications. You can
 track the status of your application on the
 &ldquo;Dashboard&rdquo;
 page. On mobile, you can see this in the
 &ldquo;My Applications&rdquo; screen.

Profiles that are updated and completely filled have a higher chance of
 matching and employers contacting them. It gives them a holistic and
 complete picture of the candidate and to take better informed decision.
 A profile with a video introduction and photo has a higher chance of
 success than one without these fields. Additionally the matching
 algorithm works better to match you with employers when you fill in
 details such as salary expected, work location preference, travel
 distance, skills e.t.c

Unfortunately no, you have to be a registered member of Unojobs to
 apply. Creating an account is absolutely free!

Note that once you delete your Unojobs account, you cannot get your
 Unojobs profile back. For security reasons, you also may not be able to
 create a new account with the email used by you earlier.


 Job Search is not a one-time activity. Your Unojobs profile might be
 useful when you search for a new job in the future, hence we don&rsquo;t
 recommend users to delete their profiles.

 If you wish to delete your account because you already got a job, you
 can deactivate your account instead. Deactivating it would put your
 account in sleep mode with no notifications until the next time you
 login on Unojobs.

 from Unojobs, try changing your communication settings to stop all
 emails and mobile notifications. You can still search and apply to

 &lsquo;My Profile&rsquo; in the &lsquo;Settings&rsquo; page. Select
 &lsquo;Delete Account&rsquo; You have to confirm with your password

 remove your profile from the Unojobs database and it may take upto 7
 days for the emails to stop.

No. Once you have deleted your account, you cannot restore it. You also
 cannot create another account with the same email id as your deleted
 account. If you do not wish to lose your account permanently, you can
 simply put
 invisible mode
 on it until your next login. In case you have deleted your account
 already and you wish to return to Unojobs, you can create a new account
 with an email id different from your deleted account.

Yes, you have the option to apply for more than one job at a time.
 Click on the checkbox on the left of the job posting to select multiple
 job postings and click Apply. This will send your application
 simultaneously to multiple recruiters. Also, you have a daily quota of
 applying for up to 30 job vacancies.

The invisible tab ensures that you are not searchable in the candidate
 discovery section by your current/existing employer. if you have Profile visibility set to off - your profile will not be visible or show up in any search result for all employers

 Get discovered by employers&ndash; If you have created a profile on Unojobs, your profile will be
 a part of the Unojobs jobseeker database. Not all jobs are posted on
 Unojobs. Many times, recruiters on Unojobs search through our database
 to find someone who matches the criteria for a role they are hiring. If
 they find your profile suitable, they may contact you directly to
 schedule an interview.

You can create a profile using the mobile app on iOS, Android or
 through the website

 and clicking on the candidate section. When you create your profile you
 can select fresher if you either are a student or just graduated or if
 you have never worked before. Select experienced if you have worked or

 Your details such as email and phone number are required to create an
 account, as we use them to communicate with you. Employers also need
 these details for reaching out to you with jobs. Alternatively, you can
 create your profile using your Google or Facebook account to make this
 step easier. You can fill your profile details such as employment
 details, education details, Industry, Role , Key skills, Resume, Video
 introduction.&nbsp;

We have made it extremely simply to fill in your profile. Just follow
 the on-screen instructions and select from the dropdown or multiple
 options available to you.

 Click on the Job Search tab and you can then see the all the jobs
 posted by companies on the platform based on role, companies, salary,
 closest jobs, top matches, work from home and other filters.You also
 specify location, minimum work experience and minimum salary expected,
 during the search. If you get hundreds of jobs, you can narrow down your
 search by using filters. If you do not want to apply to a job right
 away, you can save the job and apply later. If we show, &ldquo;No
 Results Found&rdquo; for your search result, we recommend you to broaden
 the search by reducing your filters and criteria while also checking for
 spelling mistakes in your query.

 Ensure you fill all the details in your Unojobs profile. The parameters
 used by our search algorithm to recommend jobs for you across various

 These details will be shown to the company when you apply for a job.
 Based on this profile, the recruiter may shortlist you for an

 Walk-ins


 We have created a new feature where companies can now specify the
 locations where they have walk-in interviews. Candidates can click on
 walk-in interview tab from their web app or mobile app and will be shown
 walk-in interviews in the vicinity where they are searching. For example
 open the app around Khan Market, and it will show jobs in that location
 (within 5 KM) for your particular job role. You simply walk-in and meet
 the concerned person.

After you apply for a job, you will see a success message on the
 screen. We will also send a confirmation email to your registered email
 address. In addition to this, you can view all the jobs you have applied
 to under the &lsquo;Dashboard&rsquo;- My Application Status section on
 the website and mobile app This section shows the status of the job
 application. You can see statuses such as &lsquo;Applied&rsquo;,
 &lsquo;Viewed&rsquo;, &lsquo;Interview&rsquo;, &lsquo;Selected,
 &lsquo;Not Shortlisted&rsquo; against your application.

 What does it mean when I get a message saying, &ldquo;The status of
 your application has changed&rdquo;?


 Your application can go through these statuses: This is viewable on the
 dashboard menu &lsquo;My application&rdquo; section.&nbsp;

 are listed online, and non-existing job offers are sent via email to
 illegally collect personal information and/or money from unsuspecting

You can always save a selected job and apply later. To save a job, click on thebookmark icon on the job listing to save the job.In case the job is delisted itwill automatically disappear from your saved jobs section.

In case you are not looking for a job right now, you can deactivate
 your Unojobs account. This will stop all emails from Unojobs. We will
 reactivate your account only when you login again on Unojobs.com.


 To deactivate your Unojobs account, go to &lsquo;Communication and
 Privacy&rsquo; in the &lsquo;Settings&rsquo; page. Here, select
 &lsquo;Not looking for job right now&rsquo; and select &lsquo;Deactivate
 till next login&rdquo;

Our matching algorithm uses a variety of key parameters such as salary,
 role, industry, experience, city, work mode preference to come up with a
 job relevancy score or job match score to see how well suitable you are
 for a particular job. This ensures higher efficiency for the recruiter
 as well for the candidate in finding the right fitment.

We have given multiple ways for employer/recruiters to get in touch with potential candidates. One of the most effective ways is via our in-built chat function. This ensures all messages are relayed through our platform and users are duly notified instantly

You have found a job and you do not want to receive daily emails from
 Unojobs.com, there are two options for you

Job Preferences help you to get more relevant job recommendations. By
 specifying your desired locations, desired industries and expected
 salary, you will receive only those jobs as recommendations that meet
 the specified criteria. You can enhance your criteria by stating that

 Settings / My Profile section.

The invisible tab ensures that you are not searchable in the candidate
 discovery section. This means that any company while searching for
 candidates - your profile will not be a part of the search results. If
 you are in visible mode, the Hide Profile tab works to ensure that your
 current employer cannot search for you.

You need to set the job role that you are currently interested in. If
 you want to look at multiple roles on the platform you will have to keep
 updating your profile to find suitable roles matching your new
 requirements.

At Unojobs we want you to be able to apply for your job role across
 industries. A sales person in insurance industry, should be able to
 manage with certain training and up-skilling in the banking
 industry.


If you're in the candidate database, it means that your profile is currently being shown to companies which recruit through our platform. While we work to constantly source new opportunities, we want to emphasize that companies only hire a select group of individuals in our talent pool. We encourage applicants to continue their job search and keep their  profile updated as a way to find new opportunities of interest.

If a company expresses interest in your profile, we'll reach out to you with next steps. This could include an additional interview or directly be a formal offer.

It depends. Most companies we work with require that candidates complete an additional interview on their side before being placed. Other companies have more stringent processes, including assessments or additional interviews.
