Key Responsibilities:

<li>Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring positions in BPO and Real Estate sectors.</li>

<li>Sourcing Candidates: Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, etc.) to attract potential candidates.</li>

<li>Screening &amp; Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidate qualifications, and shortlist candidates.</li>

<ul>
<li>Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Follow-ups: Make outbound calls to candidates and rigorously follow up to ensure positions are closed in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and update status in Google Sheets / Excel.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li>Education: Graduation is mandatory (MBA in HR preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for mass hiring in BPO and Real Estate sectors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Languages: Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Kannada is preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Comfortable with making outbound calls and following up with candidates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.</li>
