QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, &amp; SKILLS:

<li>7-8 years experience in FMCG/QSR/Beverage/Retail (Atleast last 6+ years in marketing / Consumer Insight is a must)</li>

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Innovation Project Management : High stakes cross functional team work with NPD / SC teams to develop concept for Innovation and run a IPM &amp; stage gate forum. Develop and commercialize the product launch end to end. Need to have good understanding of the project management and ability to influence cross functional teams on project charters

2. Menu Planning &amp; Driving Excitement: Drive the quarterly and monthly innovation and renovation calender. Business Case Planning for NPDs and responsible for Pricing /Volume and Revenue &amp; GM delivery o Work closely with SC &amp; Operations to drive Indent / Sampling Plan for NPDs to make sure the the monthly product planning ( Volume of innovation) is planned with the SC and ops team. Responsible for driving category growth through core and new launches.

3.Build Excitement : Brand comms and brand planning skills o Own the marketing mix elements for instore activities, new launches , business as usual across channel. Driving the Promotion Mix and driving communication elments across media and Perfect Store Closure. Work with creative partners to be ready with communication for mediums which builds a retail brand and fully deliver brand comms for big scale days activities

4. Media Amplification &amp; Social Media Content : Responsible for driving brand visibility and amplification across mediums and channels. Design strategy for social media and drive conversations and big day activations leveraging influencers , digital , LSM activities .

5. Responsible for Brand Audit : Monthly competitive and Product P&amp;L analysis , using internal &amp; external data to find gaps in portfolio / pricing strategy and importantly quick in feeding the needs of market. Comprehensive benchmarking (across 4P s) in direct and indirect competitive categories

<li>MBA from a good school is a must (Economics / Stats / Maths/ Engineering) in graduation is advantage.</li>
