<li>Managing a team of Assistant Commercial Managers, Store and Regional Accounts Officers of that region.</li>

<li>Support to Operations and other functions of the Region for any Financial Related matters.</li>
</ul>

<li>Coordination with the banks for CMS operations and Other payment Aggregators for other Payments at store Level.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for all the receivables at stores with a defined TAT.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Control over the accounting function of the region till finalization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordination with the internal and external auditors for audit of regional accounts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review of GL Accounts and Preparation of periodical consolidated performance analysis and other MIS reports and submission to Corporate Office/Ops</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for Bank Reconciliations, Vendor Reconciliations and certain Regional Payments Processing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordination with the Taxation Team to manage the Regional Taxation matters including TDS, GST or any other local taxes applicable for that region.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Custodian of Fixed Assets to ensure their proper Accounting and upkeeping.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for Team Recruitment, Training and their Career Progression.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Regular Store Visits and to spend quality time with the Store Team to ensure SOP Level controls and process in place.</li>
