Process &amp; Compliance:

<li>Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory norms.</li>

<li>Monitor quality of sourced cases to minimize risk and maintain portfolio health.</li>

Market Intelligence:

<li>Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Share feedback with product and credit teams for continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>

Customer Focus:

<li>Ensure smooth processing of applications and timely disbursement.</li>

Preferred candidate profile

<ul>
<li>Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>36 years of experience in LAP sales, with a focus on affordable segment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prior experience in managing DSAs is mandatory</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) products, especially in the affordable segment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience in DSA sourcing and management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.</li>
</ul>

<li>Familiarity with credit policies and documentation requirements.</li>
