Indirect Procurement 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and execute procurement strategy for indirect goods and services in alignment with the company's goals and objectives . Lead the sourcing process , including RFP/RFI and negotiations to secure the best value for the organization . </li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify opportunities for cost savings , process improvements , and supplier relationship enhancements . </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers , negotiate favorable terms , pricing and agreements . </li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations to ensure quality and reliability . </li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage a diverse range of categories such as facilities , marketing , travel , CAPEX ,Packaging , MRO etc</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with internal stakeholders(operations , HR ,etc ) to understand their requirements and develop category -specific strategies </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Draft , review and negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with legal and company standards </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor contract expiration dates and terms to proactively address renewals and changes </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with company policies , industry regulations and ethical standards . </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Mentor , coach and groom team members for future roles within the organization . </li>
</ul>

Digital solutions/Reflectives

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate closely with the Digital Solutions (DS)/Reflectives  team to ensure timely and competitive sourcing of materials for client site projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop strategic sourcing roadmaps and implement spend categorization for better procurement efficiency and cost control.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms for digital components.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures while supporting the organization’s broader business goals.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering  /MBA </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience of at least 8 years in direct/indirect procurement</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong negotiation ,commercial , analytical and problem -solving skills </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work with cross functional teams of diverse background </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">In depth knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends in Indirect procurement </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience managing complex indirect spend categories across multiple countries and business units with a demonstrated ability to oversee complex sourcing transactions, negotiate effectively, and handle contractual responsibilities.</li>
</ul>
