Required Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>

<li>5+ years of financial services experience</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong organizational and task management skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proactive approach and clear communication</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Attention to detail, accuracy, and a high level of personal accountability</li>
</ul>

<ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<li>Previous experience working with financial advisors</li>
</ul>

<li>SEI / Series 7</li>
</ul>

<li>Working knowledge of systems and tools (such as BETA Host, Thomson One/Refinitiv)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of the advisory business with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge, along with familiarity and experience with Ameriprise products. </li>
