Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic financial operations programs across corporate and business units.
• Design, streamline, and optimize end-to-end financial operations and accounting workflows.
• Coordinate with internal finance, accounts, procurement, and operations teams to align key business objectives.
• Monitor and manage financial metrics, working capital cycle, and operational efficiency tracking.
• Drive automation and implementation of enterprise financial systems and ERP tools.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and institute robust corrective and preventative action plans.
• Oversee governance, compliance audits, and regular financial reviews across operational portfolios.
• Manage stakeholders across executive leadership and departmental operational teams.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Track program deliverables, budgets, milestones, and operational impact metrics.
