• As a result, our systems and platforms support a wide range of banking and payments capabilities, including: Product Description Tachyon Our cloud-native banking stack built for population-scale systems Cipher Our unified authentication platform for secure, high-volume banking environments Digital Credit as a Service Enabling banks to launch credit lines on UPI Elena Our intelligent and conversational AI platform for banking Pixel India’s first digital-native credit card, launched in partnership with HDFC Bank, for whom we also revamped Responsibilities : Enterprise Applications Strategy & Vendor Management (Primary Focus) Define and drive the roadmap for the organization's Enterprise Application ecosystem, including strategy, lifecycle management, modernization, and integration
• Own core deliverables associated with the Director – Enterprise Applications & IT Infrastructure role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to organize work clearly, prioritize effectively, and deliver with consistency.
