Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day content scheduling, coordination, and operational workflows across broadcast and digital platforms.
• Assist production and business teams in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including programming, marketing, digital media, and distribution.
• Conduct basic market research, viewership analysis, and industry trend benchmarking.
• Help maintain and organize content metadata, media asset libraries, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors, production partners, and internal stakeholders on operational logistics.
• Participate actively in structured on-the-job training modules, technical workshops, and mentorship reviews.
• Assist in preparing weekly project updates, review presentations, and operational status reports.
• Monitor live workflows and broadcast operations under the supervision of senior team leads.
• Contribute fresh creative and operational ideas to improve audience reach and process efficiency.
• Help troubleshoot minor administrative and logistical bottlenecks during day-to-day operations.
• Adhere to all regulatory media guidelines, broadcasting standards, and organizational policies.
