• The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in HR Operations within BPO, Shared Services, Third-Party Services, or Outsourcing environments
• Strong expertise in Learning & Development (L&D), HRIS, Travel & Expense (T&E), HR Administration, Onboarding, Offboarding, and HR Governance is essential
• Partner with leaders to align Global / US HRO Manager L&D HRIS T&E HR Governance 10+Yrs B'lore priorities with business goals, team health, and talent needs.
• Advise managers on performance, engagement, organization design, and employee relations topics.
• Support workforce planning, hiring alignment, and talent-review processes with strong operational follow-through.
• Use people data and qualitative signals to identify themes, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Drive consistent application of policies, processes, and people programs across the organization.
• Coach stakeholders through change, conflict resolution, and communication-sensitive moments.
• Collaborate with recruiting, L&D, compensation, and leadership teams on cross-functional people initiatives.
