• Collect, verify, and review loan application documents for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with partner financial institutions to expedite loan approvals and sanctions.
• Assist applicants in understanding collateral, co-applicant, and repayment requirements.
• Track loan applications end-to-end and provide timely status updates to students.
• Address customer queries regarding loan disbursement procedures and terms.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, applications, and conversions in the CRM.
• Support promotional and outreach webinars to educate aspiring students on financial options.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and adhere strictly to lending operational guidelines.
