Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with major enterprise accounts across the APAC region.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Vercel's cloud platform offerings.
• Drive customer retention, contract renewals, and lifetime value across the existing customer base.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Partner with solutions engineering and customer success teams to drive platform adoption.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal stages in CRM systems.
• Engage senior technical and executive stakeholders to position strategic value.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing agreements, and multi-year enterprise contracts.
• Analyze customer usage metrics and product telemetry to uncover growth signals.
• Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to internal product teams.
• Represent Vercel at regional industry events, meetups, and client executive briefings.
