• Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Manage lead generation funnels and optimize conversion rates Coordinate with sales and design teams for campaign execution Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI Handle branding, positioning, and growth strategies Manage WhatsApp, email, and CRM-based marketing systems Develop and implement medical tourism marketing strategies
• Own core deliverables associated with the Marketing Manager role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
