• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal finance and operations teams to resolve client requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records and account details in the CRM system.
• Track client portfolio status and share timely updates and statements with clients.
• Assist in preparing presentation decks, proposals, and service agreements.
• Address client complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Follow up on client feedback to improve overall service quality and satisfaction.
• Support compliance standards by ensuring all client verifications adhere to internal policies.
