TP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality monitoring processes, drive performance excellence, and support continuous improvement across operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit, and evaluate customer interactions and transactional workflows to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality analysts, conducting regular calibration sessions to maintain audit consistency.
• Perform comprehensive root cause analyses (RCA) on process defects and customer dissatisfaction trends.
• Develop and implement targeted quality improvement initiatives and action plans to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate closely with operations and training teams to address identified skill gaps and process discrepancies.
• Design, maintain, and update structured quality evaluation scorecards and monitoring guidelines.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly quality metrics reports and executive summaries to leadership.
• Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions to assist operations teams in achieving operational compliance.
• Ensure strict compliance with client contractual agreements, regulatory guidelines, and organizational policies.
• Participate in internal and external process audits, ensuring readiness and swift resolution of non-conformance issues.
• Drive continuous process enhancement using methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean practices.
