Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

roles and responisiblites:

• Managing and growing relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and travel aggregators.
• Increasing sales of travel insurance through assigned agency partners.
• Onboarding new travel agency partners and activating them.
• Training agency staff on travel insurance products, portal usage, and sales processes.
• Monitoring sales performance and achieving premium/revenue targets.
• Assisting partners with policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
• Resolving partner queries by coordinating with operations, underwriting, and claims teams.
• Planning joint sales initiatives, promotions, and partner engagement activities.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
