THR Consultants is hiring a dedicated Customer Support Representative to manage customer communications, address incoming inquiries, and deliver high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming voice calls, emails, and chat queries from customers in a prompt and professional manner.
• Diagnose customer problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Address and de-escalate customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive and updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved completely and satisfactorily.
• Escalate unresolved or complex queries to senior technical or support teams.
• Build and sustain positive relationships to foster customer trust and retention.
• Adhere to established customer service communication standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Utilize internal CRM tools and databases to log tickets and track query statuses.
• Identify recurring service issues and share actionable insights with the team lead.
