- Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements for e-commerce digital transformation projects.

- Design detailed process maps and workflows for catalog management, pricing, checkout, and order management.
- Facilitate requirement discovery workshops with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Leverage e-commerce platform capabilities across Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or SAP Hybris.
- Analyze payment gateway integrations, shipping, promotion setups, and returns workflows.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams.
- Perform data and gap analysis to identify opportunities for conversion optimization and workflow enhancements.
- Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria definition within Agile delivery teams.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate features against defined business requirements prior to release.
