Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to Hindi-speaking prospects and existing customers.
• Explain company offerings, products, and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored information to generate interest.
• Qualify potential leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries, counter objections, and address concerns effectively.
• Maintain precise records of all calls, customer interactions, and statuses in CRM software.
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly outbound call targets and performance metrics.
• Adhere to established communication guidelines, scripts, and quality standards.
• Collect actionable feedback from customers to improve service delivery and engagement.
• Coordinate with team supervisors to report call outcomes and operational challenges.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
