Teachmint is looking for a proactive Customer Support Intern to assist teachers, students, and institutions in resolving operational and technical queries smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone channels.
• Provide prompt assistance to educators and administrators using the Teachmint platform.
• Diagnose basic technical and product usage issues raised by users.
• Log customer queries and support tickets accurately within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve complex escalations.
• Follow up with users to verify that their reported issues have been fully resolved.
• Maintain high first-response resolution rates and overall user satisfaction scores.
• Identify recurring product bugs and report them to product teams for improvement.
• Assist in preparing FAQs and customer troubleshooting documentation.
• Participate in user onboarding workflows and account verification support.
