Swan Food Products is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Associate to expand market reach and drive distributor and retail partnerships across Siliguri.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers within assigned territories.
• Conduct daily field visits to maintain regular contact with retail partners and secure orders.
• Present and promote food product lines effectively to potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules in line with company guidelines.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product placement, and market activities across local channels.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery of orders.
• Track sales targets, outstanding payments, and order fulfillment metrics regularly.
• Gather customer feedback on product quality, packaging, and retailer demand trends.
• Execute promotional campaigns and ensure optimal product display at retail counters.
• Resolve retailer queries, dispute claims, and product replacement requests promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily sales visit logs, collections, and pipeline reports to management.
