Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java & Spring Boot - Work extensively on IBM Sterling OMS (Order Management System) - Develop and enhance order lifecycle workflows and integrations - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices - Integrate with external systems and enterprise platforms - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery Mandatory Skills : - 8+ years of experience in Java backend development - Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture - Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS - Strong understanding of order management workflows - Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns - Good knowledge of SQL / databases Good to Have Skills : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) - Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka / MQ) - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Understanding of distributed systems Additional Requirements : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment .
