SLC Management, an institutional asset management firm and subsidiary of Sun Life Financial, is seeking a Financial Analyst for SLC Financial Reporting and Capital Management based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support accurate periodic financial reporting packages for institutional asset management operations.
• Assist in capital management reporting, forecasting, and tracking capital adequacy requirements.
• Perform variance analysis, monthly reconciliations, and financial analysis using SAP, Longview, and Workiva.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to support quarterly and annual financial closing processes.
• Maintain financial models and executive presentation decks using advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and regulatory filings adhering to applicable accounting standards.
• Support balance sheet analysis, cash flow forecasting, and operational financial metrics.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities across financial reporting workflows.
• Coordinate audit requirements and provide supporting documentation to internal and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with established internal financial controls, policies, and risk management guidelines.
