Studio Take Two is looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Associate to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the daily point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Understand client requirements, gather project briefs, and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Liaise closely with internal creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of work.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to maintain alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate review meetings, present creative drafts, and gather client feedback.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and relationship nurturing for new and existing clients.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client communications, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding scope with current accounts.
• Address client inquiries, operational challenges, and escalations promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and review metrics to identify performance improvements.
