StoryYell Private Limited is hiring a dedicated Student Onboarding Associate to guide learners through their initial journey and ensure a seamless orientation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide newly enrolled students through the end-to-end onboarding and registration process.
• Conduct welcome orientations and step-by-step walkthroughs of platform resources and learning tools.
• Verify and process enrollment documents and student profiles accurately.
• Act as the first point of contact for student queries and concerns during the onboarding phase.
• Coordinate with academic, operations, and technical teams to resolve onboarding bottlenecks quickly.
• Track learner engagement and proactively reach out to students needing assistance.
• Maintain and update learner interaction records in the CRM database.
• Collect feedback from students to help optimize and streamline the onboarding workflow.
• Troubleshoot basic portal access and account configuration issues.
• Prepare weekly onboarding metrics and progress reports for internal review.
• Ensure adherence to data confidentiality standards and organizational onboarding guidelines.
