Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints with accuracy and empathy.
• Log, track, and update all customer interaction details and tickets within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain high first-contact resolution rates and adhere to established service level agreements.
• Provide clear and accurate information about company products, services, and operational policies.
• Collect actionable customer feedback and report recurring pain points to team leadership.
• Follow up proactively with customers to verify that issues have been completely addressed.
• Participate in ongoing product and communication training to maintain service quality.
• Adhere to data privacy and security guidelines while managing customer account records.
• Support customer onboarding and guide users through basic self-service troubleshooting steps.
