ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.Conduct detailed gap analysis and feasibility studies to support solution design.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT and development teams.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit requirements and communicate project progress.Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.Support change management activities, including training and documentation.Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with business requirements.Analyze market trends and regulatory changes impacting the business domain.Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, requirements, and system functionalities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering & experience in Finance, Information Systems (ERP-Infor-Sun, Oracle etc.), or related field.Conduct detailed gap analysis and feasibility studies to support solutions or design.Analyse the issues reported in IT system, provide proactive support to Business to resolve the IT issues, including training and documentation.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.Desired CompetenciesDetail-oriented with a focus on quali
