• You will be part of a fast-paced diverse environment as a member of a high-performing team that works together to energize and inspire each other by challenging the status quo’ Vibrant inclusive culture of mutual respect and fun through both work and play Engagement Manager – Business Consulting (Corporate Finance, CPG & Retail) (Management Consulting Team, India) Roles and Responsibilities: Own & drive execution of the business-analytics roadmap by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities in collaboration with data science & engineering SMEs and teams Leading client workshops where broad vision and ambiguous business problems are articulated to be solved through data science and AI Define business problems concisely, consolidate the findings and hypothesize the proposed solution
• Own core deliverables associated with the Engagement Manager - Financial Transformation role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
