Business Finance Leader Chartered Accountant | 8-13 Years of Experience in Business Finance / FP&A Function: Finance – Business Finance / FP&A Location: Bengaluru, India Reporting To: Finance Director / Business Finance Head Experience: 8-13 years post-qualification, with prior exposure to a professional services, IT/ITES, or consulting environment preferred Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory/ MBA- Finance (Top Tier) Role Purpose We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 8-13 years of business finance experience to partner closely with portfolio and practice leadership on budgeting, revenue and margin management, and monthly financial reporting. This is a high-visibility role that combines financial rigor with day-to-day business partnering, and offers direct exposure to portfolio owners, practice leads, and senior finance leadership.

• Key Responsibilities Budgeting, Forecasting & Margin Management Lead preparation of annual and quarterly rolling budgets, including revenue, capacity, and net margin targets across assigned portfolios/practices
• Own core deliverables associated with the Business Finance Leader role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
