Shree Balaji Employment Services Pvt. Ltd is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to oversee and drive retail lending sales operations across multiple branch locations in Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Officers to achieve monthly disbursement targets.
• Drive sales for multiple retail loan products including Consumer Durable Loans (CDL), Two-Wheeler (TW), Auto Loans (AL), Commercial Vehicle (CV), and Unsecured Business Loans (BL).
• Develop and execute effective ground-level sales strategies across assigned territories in Maharashtra.
• Expand the local distribution network by onboarding new dealer partners, DSAs, and sourcing channels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide field-level coaching to team members.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and turnaround times for loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with all lending guidelines, KYC norms, and organizational risk policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with local business owners, channel partners, and key customers.
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams to facilitate smooth documentation and fast approvals.
• Identify untapped market segments and drive local marketing activations to boost brand visibility.
• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to senior management.
• Address customer escalations and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
