Sales Manager - Gold Loan is a commercial and stakeholder-facing opportunity based in Gandhidham, India.

       Function / Department:  Gold Loan Job Purpose The role entails scaling up the business & distribution of GoldLoan lending for a designated area by delivering banking needs to customers in the most costefficient and technologyeffective manner. The incumbent will collaborate closely with Retail, Product, Operations, RetailLiability, IT and other teams to provide a seamless, fulfilling customer experience.

• The incumbent will collaborate closely with Retail, Product, Operations, RetailLiability, IT and other teams to provide a seamless, fulfilling customer experience
• Roles & Responsibilities Key / Primary Responsibilities       Identify branches and potential locations for Gold Loan business based on market surveys, competition mapping (NBFCs & banks) and volume analysis.        Increase distribution channels by identifying non branch avenues for Gold Loan sales
• Support the full customer cycle by positioning Sales Manager - Gold Loan solutions against real business and technical needs.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand requirements, constraints, and buying criteria.
• Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with account teams on demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and solution documentation.
• Address technical objections with credible, well-structured responses grounded in product realities.
• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to shape feasible customer solutions.
• Document customer requirements, success criteria, and technical feedback for internal alignment.
• Maintain strong follow-through across opportunity stages, handoffs, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify expansion, adoption, or risk signals and surface them to the right internal teams early.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business value.
• Experience navigating client discussions, solution demos, or consultative selling workflows.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, implementation, and support teams.
• Strong follow-through, documentation discipline, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities with clear ownership.
