SharePal is hiring a Purchase Associate in Bengaluru to support procurement operations, vendor partnerships, and inventory workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily purchasing activities and generate purchase orders based on inventory requirements.
• Liaise with approved vendors and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of product orders.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms to optimize procurement costs.
• Track and monitor shipment statuses from dispatch through to warehouse receipt.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to reconcile delivered goods against purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain and update vendor databases, price lists, and compliance records.
• Resolve order discrepancies, damaged shipments, and return requests with suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in demand forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Prepare weekly procurement status reports and cost analysis summaries for management.
• Identify potential new suppliers to diversify vendor options and enhance supply reliability.
