ShareChat is seeking an experienced Manager for Corporate Development & Investor Relations to drive key strategic investments, capital initiatives, and external financial communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential strategic investments, partnerships, and merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities.
• Build detailed three-statement financial models, valuation analyses, and return projections for prospective transactions.
• Manage the end-to-end deal execution lifecycle, including due diligence, term sheet negotiations, and definitive documentation.
• Prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, board materials, and annual reports.
• Act as a primary liaison with institutional investors, research analysts, and existing shareholders.
• Track and analyze key industry benchmarks, competitor performance, and capital market trends.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and engineering leaders to evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional post-merger integration planning and milestone tracking.
• Manage investor roadshows, conference schedules, and senior leadership interaction briefing materials.
• Assist executive management with corporate strategy formulation and capital allocation decisions.
