Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and scripting of high-impact promotional Hindi copy and video narratives across campaign touchpoints.
• Write captivating scripts for digital promos, short-form video ads, push notifications, and brand marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with video editors, motion graphic designers, and creative directors to bring scripts to life.
• Maintain and elevate the brand's tone of voice across regional Hindi-speaking audiences.
• Brainstorm and develop cultural hook points and localized marketing strategies for new product features and shows.
• Translate complex product narratives and features into simple, relatable, and culturally relevant storytelling.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and iterate creative copy to improve engagement and click-through rates.
• Participate in end-to-end creative workflows from brief analysis to post-production reviews.
• Stay abreast of regional social media trends, viral content formats, and colloquial language nuances.
• Manage multiple creative deadlines simultaneously while ensuring top-tier linguistic and grammatical quality.
