Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions, queries, and service requests.
• Process new account openings and perform initial KYC verification and documentation.
• Support loan onboarding by collecting, organizing, and verifying customer financial records.
• Maintain and update customer account details accurately in the core banking system.
• Coordinate with internal credit and compliance teams to ensure swift document approvals.
• Educate customers on digital banking platforms, products, and available financial services.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and front-desk interactions.
• Reconcile daily transaction records, ledgers, and cash or payment receipts.
• Track pending documentation and follow up with applicants to expedite disbursements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for financial products aligned with customer requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to statutory banking guidelines and internal company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports for department supervisors.
