Responsibilities

• Review product specifications and technical requirements to create detailed test plans.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, UI, and regression testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track software bugs using Jira.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure uniform user experience.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to resolve defects.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman to validate backend services.
• Track quality assurance metrics including defect densities and open defect counts.
• Execute smoke and sanity testing before and after production deployments.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and sprint retrospective meetings.
