Responsibilities

• Lead and support core enterprise finance platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.
• Analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical system specifications.
• Configure, test, and maintain enterprise financial software applications and integrated sub-systems.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and business partners to deliver continuous innovation and digital finance initiatives.
• Identify process bottlenecks in financial workflows and recommend automated or system-driven solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Coordinate data migration and integration pipelines between financial platforms and external business systems.
• Manage tier-3 incident resolution and root cause analysis for critical financial application disruptions.
• Ensure application configuration and access control align with internal audit controls and SOX regulations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, functional architecture records, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct functional training and knowledge transfer sessions for global finance operations teams.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and drive continuous operational improvements.
