Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, and maintain core enterprise finance applications and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with global technical and finance teams to design streamlined system workflows.
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into robust application configurations and functional specs.
• Perform root-cause analysis for complex application issues, incidents, and system defects.
• Lead system integration testing and assist end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with international financial controls, governance models, and data security policies.
• Monitor application performance metrics and implement continuous system optimization initiatives.
• Facilitate smooth deployment of application patches, functional updates, and major software releases.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, process flowcharts, and system administration manuals.
• Provide expert-level support and mentorship to junior analysts and regional system administrators.
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive financial process automation and reporting enhancements.
