SAP India is hiring a Project Principal Consultant to lead and deliver complex enterprise software projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation across global teams.
• Act as the primary trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and enterprise clients.
• Coordinate with technical architects and functional consultants to ensure delivery quality.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and critical delivery issues.
• Drive governance frameworks, status reporting, and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure adherence to SAP project delivery methodologies and quality standards.
• Lead organizational change management and cross-functional alignment during rollouts.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract management, and commercial deliverables.
• Mentor junior project managers and consultants across the delivery organization.
• Optimize project execution workflows and contribute to delivery best practices.
