SAP India is looking for an experienced Program Manager specializing in Organizational Development to drive high-impact workforce and organizational transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern global and regional organizational development programs.
• Partner with HR business partners and senior leadership to identify organizational design needs and capability gaps.
• Drive organizational change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional workforce transformation projects across global business units.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of organizational development initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and strategic organizational discussions.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and program roadblocks proactively.
• Align workforce strategy with overall SAP business priorities and technological advancements.
• Continuously benchmark and introduce innovative organizational practices and HR frameworks.
