SAP India is seeking an experienced Delivery Executive to drive large-scale consulting engagements and oversee service delivery excellence for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct portfolio-level delivery operations and strategy across enterprise consulting accounts.
• Own client relationship management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage portfolio revenue, margin targets, and overall operational P&L performance.
• Align delivery capabilities with customer strategic objectives and enterprise architectures.
• Provide executive escalation management for critical project and program risks.
• Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to shape solutions and commercial proposals.
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing engagement and delivery leadership teams.
• Establish operational governance, KPIs, and quality metrics across client programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern implementation frameworks.
• Ensure contractual compliance, statement of work execution, and milestone sign-offs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery units across global consulting hubs.
