Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end user experience design for enterprise software products and services.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and contextual inquiries to uncover customer needs.
• Translate complex enterprise workflows into simple, intuitive, and cohesive user journeys.
• Develop detailed wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, user personas, and flow diagrams.
• Contribute to and maintain enterprise design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, and engineering teams.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and accessibility standards across projects.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and prototypes to key stakeholders and leadership.
• Analyze product telemetry, feedback, and user behavior metrics to iteratively refine designs.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers within the product design team.
