SAP is hiring a Commerce Cloud Support Engineer Intern to help diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues for enterprise e-commerce customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical investigation and support for SAP Commerce Cloud customers.
• Analyze application logs, system metrics, and error traces to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot cloud platform issues relating to performance, configuration, and integration.
• Replicate customer reported problems in staging and lab environments.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve critical production bugs.
• Document incident findings, workarounds, and step-by-step solutions in the knowledge base.
• Communicate technical status updates and resolution steps clearly to enterprise clients.
• Monitor incoming support tickets and maintain strict adherence to service-level agreements.
• Test patches, system hotfixes, and enhancements prior to customer deployment.
• Participate in ongoing product training to deepen knowledge of SAP cloud architectures.
